Our tours are designed to focus on quality & restaurant experience rather than quantity. However, based on our progressive 3-course menu, there is definitely enough food for all our guests to be satisfied (plus we satisfy any sweet tooth our final stop).
-
For sure, chefs can accommodate almost all allergies, as along as you provide notice 24 hours before the tour. We unfortunately are unable to accommodate food preferences.
-
Depending on the restaurant & food course stop, on the dinner tours we are at each venue for between 30-60 minutes. The restaurants are always ready for our groups with the food and wine (when the optional wine pairing package is purchased by guests), so there’s nothing rushed about the experience.
-
We walk between all the restaurants, but they are never more than a 5-10 minutes apart. We advise guests to be aware of the weather conditions prior to the tour & to dress appropriately.
-
On dinner experiences the minimum is 3 people and maximum is 10 people on the regular tours. However, we can accommodate much larger groups (upwards of 30 people) with enough advance notice. Guided Lunch Tours require a minimum of 6ppl otherwise we can turn that into a Self Guided Tour where we provide a tour itinerary for you to follow (Lunch Tours have yet to be launched in Squamish, please stay tuned).

-
Definitely. The food alone is worth coming out on tour.
-
Not on our regular tours, the guides meet guests at the designated departure location. All departure locations are in downtown Squamish and easy to find. For private groups we can sometimes arrange to have the tour guide meet the group in your hotel lobby & travel with the group to the first stop.
-
There is self-parking available around downtown Squamish. It is also a short 5-10 minute walk from most of downtown Squamish to any of the meeting venues/restaurants. Additionally, we do not suggest driving if you will be consuming alcohol. Most accommodation is a short walk or taxi ride from our finish venues.
-
We keep the regular tours to adults 19 years of age or older. However, we can often arrange private tours for families that would like to include their children that are younger.
-
No, restaurants in Squamish will cater to everything from active wear to fancy dinner wear. However, the most common is smart casual. Also, guests should wear comfortable footwear for walking between restaurants in the village and dress weather appropriate.
-
Yes. If you are mobility restricted or in a wheelchair we can use ramp accesses to all the restaurants partners. We have also shortened our cancellation policy for mobility restricted guests to 5 hours (normally 48 hours), to allow assessment of weather conditions. For hearing impaired guests we can provide written material. Also, for those in need of bringing a person to assist we will provide 30% off for the aide (disability card required). Please contact us if you have further questions.
